When I shut this website down in 2014 I never believed nine years would pass before I rebuilt and published the site. During that time my children grew up, we collectively moved on from the Common Core, and faced a global pandemic. I am a grandfather now to two rambunctious grandsons, each with a unique identity. Despite all that has passed, I am excited to be publishing this site and again having a small corner of the Internet to call my own.
I plan to write about the same things I was writing about in 2014: K-12 education and educational assessment, middle school and high school mathematics, faith, and family. I may also right about the new challenges I am tackling, particularly learning about data analytics. I am also excited to post links to some public projects that demonstrate my skills in proposal management, content development, and program management. I have an ambitious plan to expand this site into a full and open sharing of my professional accomplishments and ideas.
Please explore the site and come back frequently to see what I’ve been working on. I want this site to be a place where people that share the same interests frequently visit because of what I have to offer (everyone, of course, is invited to visit). You’re also welcome to engage in a conversation with me by clicking on the contact button. Thanks for stopping by!
